Anti-Bribery and Anti-Corruption

All of ZimVie’s team members and business partners are required to act ethically and in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, industry codes, and company policies. This expectation includes not being part of any bribery, kickback, or corruption-related activities.

ZimVie’s anti-bribery and anti-corruption policies have incorporated guidance related to interactions with healthcare providers and government officials, among other areas. These policies and procedures are reinforced regularly through training, auditing, and risk-based monitoring. We, at ZimVie, have a zero-tolerance policy when it comes to bribery and corruption.

Sales Health Compliance

ZimVie is committed to maintaining exemplary corporate conduct and the highest ethical standards. The Sales Healthcare Compliance Manual (the “Manual”) explains ZimVie’s compliance requirements and expectations for anyone who is employed by or contracts with ZimVie in connection with the promotion or sale of its products. (“Sales Personnel”).  Sales Personnel include ZimVie employees, Distributors, distributor employees, sales agents, and anyone else who may engage in sales activities on behalf of ZimVie.

All Sales Personnel are required to abide by ZimVie’s Code of Business Conduct and Ethics (“CoBCE”) and this Manual.  On an annual basis, Sales Personnel must certify in iLearn that they have received, understand, and shall abide by this Manual and the ZimVie CoBCE.

ZimVie, in its sole discretion and at any time, reserves the right to amend, modify, or otherwise change this Manual as needed and will provide notice of relevant changes to Sales Personnel.

Please direct any questions about this Manual to the ZimVie Healthcare Compliance Team

Industry Code Compliance

ZimVie is committed to following applicable industry codes, which were developed to ensure relationships with healthcare professionals and other customers are carried out with transparency and the highest ethical standards. Adherence to ethical standards and compliance with applicable laws is central to the industry’s ability to collaborate with healthcare professionals as well as differentiating between appropriate and inappropriate activities between healthcare professionals and companies.

Without reservation, ZimVie strives to the spirit and the letter of the applicable industry codes or associations.

Speak Up: Report a Compliance Concern

At ZimVie, we empower everyone to speak up when there are concerns. ZimVie worked with an independent third party to establish reporting system with global direct-dial telephone numbers where anyone may report of compliance concerns. This “Speak Up Hotline” allows callers to ask questions or report known or suspected compliance concerns related to violations in any of the following areas:

  • Applicable laws, regulations, and/or industry codes
  • U.S. federal health care program requirements
  • ZimVie’s Code of Business Conduct and Ethics
  • ZimVie’s policies and procedures

Concerns may also be reported about ZimVie’s accounting, internal controls, or auditing-related matters; or for any other general compliance concerns or issues.

We strictly prohibit retaliation, in any form, against a person who raises a good faith concern.

The Speak Up Hotline is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Reports are received by a trained operator at an independent third party provider. Reports are confidential and may be made anonymously, if permitted by law. ZimVie will investigate and follow up on all Speak Up Hotline reports received.

Important Transparency in Coverage Machine Readable File Information

Transparency in Coverage (TIC) regulations require health insurers and group health plans to create machine readable files (MRFs) that contain the negotiated rates for in-network providers and allowed amounts derived from historical claims for out-of-network providers and make those files publicly available.

These files follow the CMS defined layout and are in the CMS approved format (JSON) and are not meant for a member-friendly search of rates, benefits, or cost sharing.  Please refer to the member resources available through for this information. These files will be published on and will be updated on the first day of each month.

Find Files for an Organization

The link will allow you to search for your files using the ZimVie Employer Identification Number (EIN) 26-1688290.

When using the search option, the page will display links to several files, including:

  • Applicable In-Network Negotiated Rate Files
  • Out-of-Network Allowed Amount Files
  • Out-of-Area Rates (applicable when members use providers in non-Anthem states.)
